The Foundation determined that an on-site pharmacy was a critical step in improving healthcare services for patients coming to the Healthcare Center, and welcomed Park Place Chemists when the building opened in 2002.

Pharmacists Conor and Lou Cassara have extensive experience in pharmacology and offer prompt, quality service. They are also diligent in seeking out affordable pricing for everyone.

Emergency Prescription Program

Dispensed at Park Place Chemists, the Foundation’s Emergency Prescription Program provides up to three months of prescription medications to residents who are unable to pay. For more information, call 631-329-2425.
