Adolescent Mental Health
In 2012, Dr. Gail Schonfeld and the staff of East End Pediatrics developed a program to identify and treat kids and their families before the advent of crises, as well as provide ongoing mental health treatment. The program was funded by EHHF and continues now thanks to the generosity of individuals, community organizations, and the Foundation’s ongoing support.
For further information, please contact East End Pediatrics at 631-324-8030.
“With the financial assistance of the Foundation, we’ve been able to reduce the cost of mental health services allowing us to provide care to patients who don’t have adequate insurance coverage.”
