Bilingual health insurance agents

In 2013, as an important part of fulfilling our mission to make healthcare accessible to all Town residents, we instituted a program to advise people on health insurance options.

The Foundation’s office at the Healthcare Center welcomes bilingual health insurance representatives who are available at no charge. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, they help families sign up for health insurance. On Wednesdays, they do the same for seniors.

By advising on the myriad choices and guiding them through the complexities, the representatives help most people find a plan that suits their needs. That usually comes with a deep sigh of relief.
