Presenting educational symposiums for everyone

Over the years, the Foundation has presented a series of educational symposiums for healthcare providers and Town residents on a wide variety of health topics, including preventative care, child and adolescent mental health, cardiovascular health, tick-borne diseases, cancer treatment, and the future of healthcare on the South Fork.

EHHF is grateful to East Hampton Library, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, Guild Hall, East Hampton Village, and East Hampton Middle School for hosting our events.

Rose Pillco is the 2024 recipient of the EHHF High School Scholarship.

A specialized scholarship program for high school seniors

Launched in 2023, the Foundation’s High School Healthcare Education Scholarship Program awards $2,500 per year to two graduating high school seniors in the Town of East Hampton who will be pursuing a healthcare education at a two-year technical school or four-year college.

Special consideration is given to students committed to working in healthcare in East Hampton Town after graduation. Interested applicants should visit their school guidance office for more information.

Our 2024 winner, Rose Pillco, left, wants to be a pediatric nurse. We are so proud of her achievements so far and can’t wait to see her succeed in her healthcare career!

Reach Out and Read

This program, with the support of East End Pediatrics, envisions a world where every child has a relationship to books that is essential to learn and thrive. It aims to strengthen families with young children through guidance from medical clinicians about nurturing relationships through shared reading.
